Teaching offer
According with the reform of engineering studies, has been activated at the Politecnico di Milano, from the academic year 2001-2002, a new Course in Physics Engineering of 2nd School of Engineering.
The goal is to gain graduates with a solid engineering base accompanied by depth knowledge of application areas of modern physics.
The curriculum, in accordance with the law and in accordance with the European model, is divided into 3 levels:

Bachelor of Science (I level, three-year)

Master of Science (II level, two-year, after Bachelor of Science)

Ph.D. (III level, three-year, after Master of Science)
The Department collaborates also with all the School of Engineering offering several courses: the topics are related to mechanics, thermodynamics, acoustics, electromagnetism and optics. The courses are associated with experimental teaching laboratories, with the holding of more than 400 laboratory exercises per semester.
