He was born in Modica on July 8th, 1995. He achieved his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Physics in July 2017 at Politecnico di Milano, with a thesis based on the realization and validation of a solid state laser in the MIR using a crystal of Cr2+:ZnSe, under the supervision of Prof. Gianluca Galzerano. He joined VIBRA group for his Master degree in Photonics and Nanooptics in Politecnico di Milano , working on the realization of a broadband Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) experimentl setup capable of acquiring spectra in the fingerprint region of molecules, with the final purpose of visualizing morphological details of biological samples. He is currently attending his PhD in Politecnico di Milano, in VIBRA lab.
