Abstract
The combination of high refractive index with unique structural phase-change, luminescence and charge transport properties of halide perovskite films allows the realization of monolithic dielectric metamaterials and light-emitting metadevices with complex optical functionalities. This is illustrated by recent demonstrations of perovskite metasurfaces with large superstructural chirality and optical Rashba effect, phase-change tunable microlasers with topological bistability, and light-emitting metatransistor with polarization-tunable electroluminescence.
