On occasion of the international day of light, the OPTICA-EPS-SPIE student chapter has organized a two part event.

We will start with a seminar by Prof. Andrea Fiore, an expert in generating and detecting this amazing resource.

It will be followed by a round table discussion on the challenges of creating a start-up company, with two of the department's very own spin-offs: EPHOS and EYE4NIR.
