Daniela Comelli, associate professor in the Department of Physics, is organising a series of visits to companies and start-ups active in the photonics sector as part of the 360 CARLA project, funded by the European Union.
The initiative aims to raise awareness of the professional opportunities offered by the sector, explore the latest developments in photonics and promote dedicated training courses. It is aimed at students enrolled in bachelor's, master's, doctoral and post-doctoral programmes.
The first visit will take place on 5 March, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., at Optec S.p.A., a leading company specialising in the design, development and production of advanced optical and optoelectronic systems.

Participation is free, but places are limited to approximately 20 participants. If there are more requests than places available, a selection process will be carried out.
