Ahead of the opening of the Milan Cortina 2026 Olympic Games, the Politecnico di Milano is organising Winter Sports Tech, an initiative dedicated to technological innovation applied to winter sports.
The event will be attended by several professors from the Politecnico who will present their research projects, and guests Sara Conti and Niccolò Macii, Italy's leading figure skating couple, will also be present.
The meeting will be moderated by Stefano Maldifassi, biomechanical engineer, alumnus of the Politecnico di Milano and five-time Italian Skeleton champion.
Winter Sports Tech will be held on 21 January, from 9.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m., in the Aula Magna Pesenti.
