Associate professor in Physics at the Politecnico di Milano since 2014. My research focus on the electronic and magnetic properties of condensed matter, by spectroscopic and microscopic investigations based on conventionale and Synchrotron radiation sources. I am responsible of the Scanning Auger Microscopy (SAM) lab. at the Dipartimento di Fisica, Politecnico di Milano, and of the Ultrafast Electron Microscopy project at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia. I have collaborations with the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF) in Grenoble (France), Elettra in Trieste (Italy) and the Centre pour l’Energie Atomique (CEA) in Saclay (France).
